I became intentional about writing and taking photos during the pandemic. Wanting a space for my personal work to “live”, I created My Recollection. The plan was to make routine posts and curate this compilation; it would grow and evolve as do I. And I did that … until I didn’t. Over the past 2 years I’ve let myself get sucked back into the busy, busy, busy of everyday life and its multitude of commitments.

I know my soul sings, and I literally feel lighter, when I carve out time for myself as an artist. And so here I am, clawing my way back to myself.
